Our 45 Deg. V Burr Bits are used to machine your custom logos and designs into EVA Foam.
They are made of Carbide and cut using a double cut helix that gives a clean cut on most foams.
With all the flutes you are almost grinding the foam instead of cutting it. This helps to keep from
getting the tearing effect other bits not designed to cut foam does.

Use these paired with the Burr End Mills to get that custom look that will truly set you apart from
the others. Cutting EVA Foam Boat Decking is becoming a huge business, with new shops starting
